week 5: Movies or Recordings

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was my favorite movie of 2009.
I first saw it from a megazine advertisement and I watched it in cinema.
I like this movie because I love reading this book and I think this story is exciting. Also, the actors and actresses of this movie did a good job and the special effects make the "magic world" realistic.

week 3: Books

There are three books which influenced me a lot - Harry Potter, Twilight and The Call Of The Wild.
Harry Potter is an extremely popular series, and it is also the first english book i've ever read. It is about the magic world and it is an exciting and marvelous story.
Twilight is a romance and it is a love story between a vampire and a human girl. I finished reading it within a day because it is really fascinating.
The Call Of The Wild is about a dog named Buck and his life of being a member of a dog sled team. This book is not only about dog, but also humanity. It's really a great book that worth reading.

week 2: media impact

I would like to propose a media research project about the effect of internet - "How internet affect teens?'' Nowadays, internet is essential, and it is extremely important to teens especially. However, not anything in internet is good for teens, some sources are even harmful to them. So, I would like to see how these harmful informations from internet would affect teenagers. I hypothesize that teens are deeply affected by these harmful informations, because there are many sources about violence and drugs etc in internet. I would like to use the survey method to to test whether my hypothesis is correct or not, for examples asking teens "are there any bullying in your campas?" or "do you know anyone take drugs?" I believe many teens are deeply affected by internet.
