I propose a PR campaign for a positive value - wear seatbelt.
I would like to use slogan such as "wear seatbelt is smart" to promote this campaign, bacause slogan is a brief phrase that makes people easy to understand and remember.
I would also like to say that there are many people died in accidents because they did not wear seatbelts. This is a half-truth statement that scare people that they must wear seatbelts.

seat belts are really important to me! my friend passed away because of not wearing a seatbelt so its a good thing people have these types of propaganda going around!
